    “kleines Dorf mit etlichen Ferienhäusern, aber auch vielen Einheimischen; netter kleiner Supermarkt ca. 400 Meter vom Haus entfernt am Tennisplatz, der nicht bespielbar ist, da dort ein Segelboot steht, ansonsten hat Smoljanci wenig zu bieten. Bis zum nächsten Strand in Bale-Valle ca. 25-35 Minuten Fahrtzeit, nach Rovinj ca. 25 Minuten Fahrtzeit.”

    “Da Smoljanci etwas "abseits" liegt, gibt es im Ort selber wenig Gastronomie, es gibt eine kleine Bar, das wars dann aber auch schon. Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Es gibt einen kleinen "Tante-Emma-Laden", wenn man aber mehr benötigt, muss man etwas weiter fahren, im Umkreis gibt es einige größere Supermärkte. Freizeitaktivitäten oder Ausflugsziele gibt es in der Umgebung jede Menge. Zum einen die Hafenstadt Pula mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch die kleine Stadt Rovinj, die sehr schön ist. In Medulin kann man sehr schön baden gehen, ist aber etwas überlaufen von Touristen, was aber wohl monatsbedingt ist (wir waren dort im August).

    Die Lage des Hauses ist genau richtig für diejenigen, die es etwas ruhiger mögen und keine Lust auf toruistenüberlaufene Straßen haben.”
