Quietly located, light holiday apartment with a garden

This holiday apartment is in a quiet part of verbania-Intra, not far from the centre.

The apartment of around 100m² is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a cot, two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower, a guest WC, and a living and dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a TV (digital satellite). The apartment can be heated throughout.

Outside there are two fenced gardens, one on the front side and one to the rear of the house. A private car parking space is provided. Bicycles are available for use free of charge.

It is easy to get to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants from the apartment. A large market is held every Saturday. There is a children’s playground very close to the apartment. The nearest free beach, as well as a boat pier with connections to the Borromean Islands, to the lakeshore belonging to Lombardy, or to Switzerland, are about 800 metres from the apartment. It is a short drive to the Val Grande National Park, the botanical garden at Villa Taranto and the slopes of Monte Rosa.
