Recently renovated apartment just 250 metres from the seaside

This apartment is on the outskirts of Punat in the west of the island of Krk.

The apartment also has a balcony with plenty of space to relax. The garden and the grill area with a terrace are for shared use with the owner and other guests. There are parking spaces in front of the house.

The accommodation of 88m² has its own separate entrance and can accommodate six adults and three children. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and consists of a combined living and dining area with a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils. The air conditioning unit is in the living room. The apartment also has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a shower. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second a double and a single bed, and the third has a double and a bunk bed with two single beds. All the double beds measure 180 x 220cm and the single beds 90 x 200cm. In total the apartment is suitable for 6 adults and 3 guests up to 18 years old.

    “Ich kann es weiterempfehlen, wir fahren im nächsten Jahr auch erneut, eine gute Alternative zu den teuren Hotel. Ca 5 min Fußweg bis zum Strand. Positiv: Die Besitzern Maria ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie spricht deutsch und hilft auch gerne einen weiteren bei Fragen, große Wohnung 2 Zimmer mit Bad ,sowie ein Zimmer mit einem extra Badezimmer gegenüber. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man so braucht.”

    “It is located in a nice little town, the rooms are well decorated, the owners are very friendly and welcoming, there is the possibility of breakfast and dinner by arrangement, the beaches are large sandy and beautiful, the sea is warm, strongly recommend.”

    “Funktionell aber sehr alt eingerichtet. Klimaanlage leider nur in der Wohnküche, während unserem Aufenthalt war die Spülmaschine leider defekt.     “Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeber überaus herzlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Ausstattung war für die Preisklasse gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Familien mit Kindern ideal, weil alle ihren eigenen Bereich haben können, die Wohnung ist recht groß. Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen (Tagestemperatur recht konstant 35-37 Grad).”
