Small romantic holiday home directly at the sea
The small romantic holiday home (40sqm), located on the seafront, on a partially equipped with sand flat rocky reef and is surrounded by beautiful southern Italian gardens, such as palm trees, fig and olive trees, cactus, flowering Oleander and Hibiscus bushes.
From the garden you have a direct access to the sea.
The house is furnished vacation needs and functional equipped. It has a separate bedroom, a living-dining room (a maximum of 2 extra beds available), a separate kitchen, shower + toilet, a TV with many German and international programs, as well as an Internet connection and air conditioning (surcharge).
Outside there is a large partly covered, partly sunny terrace overlooking the sea. Two sun loungers and an outdoor shower are also included. The car can be parked directly opposite the holiday home on the property.
Our nice holiday house "Casa Nica" is situated directly by the sea, at a flat rock reef, with direct access to the sea.
In this beautiful Mediterranean garden there are olive-, tangerine-, lemon-, carube- and almond trees. In the low season as well as in wintertime the oleander, hibiscus, geraniums and many more are in full bloom. This and the spectacular view of the sea will most certainly get you into a holiday mood.
The ocean, a smooth ledge, adjoin directly to the garden. You can reach the sandy beach and center of Marina di Modica in only 15 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car.
During the summer months, various fruits, vegetables and cheese cars, drove directly to the garden. Even the baker brings fresh bread every morning, cookies and croissants down to the cottage.
