The house has a beautiful view of the lake Bolmen. Well divided floor plan with kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one section, and two small steps down the large living room. Nice sliding doors to the covered terrace. There is also an open terrace, with access from two of the bedrooms. Underfloor heating throughout the house. Sandy beach, which is shared with a few other houses. The boat is located at lake Bolmen and can be used from May to September. The lake offers good swimming for the children and also very good fishing. Bolmen is 184 km² and includes 365 islands. Ice fishing possible in the winter and a toboggan hill is also right outside the front door. In summer there is sandpit, slide and swings. The house has geothermal heating and therefore enjoys low energy costs. There is a bridge from the east to the west shore and a free ferry on the west side of the island.
