This holiday home is located in a residential area of the medieval town of Vaison la Romaine, in the heart of Provence. The town centre (1.5 km), with its beautiful squares shaded by plane trees, shopping streets and friendly cafés and restaurants, is just a ten-minute walk away.

The well-kept Mediterranean garden will delight nature and flower lovers. Here, surrounded by olive and apricot trees, Mediterranean flowers and lots of greenery, you will also find the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, which is up to 2 metres deep. The pool and pool area are sunny all day long. Parasols and deckchairs are available for you to enjoy the Provencal sun and relax. There are two additional seating areas beside and in front of the house, one of which is covered.

The spacious and tastefully furnished country house has a living area of 210 m² and offers enough space for eight adults and one small child. On the ground floor is the large living room with library. It has a comfortable sofa in front of the decorative fireplace and is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob, and has a lovely rustic dining area. The four spacious bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms each have a double bed 140 and 160 cm wide. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. These beds can also be used as 90 x 200 cm single beds, according to guests' wishes. Appropriate bed linen is provided. There is also a cot. Of the two bathrooms, one has a shower, bath, double washbasin and hairdryer. The second bathroom belongs to a bedroom and has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and hairdryer. The washing machine is located in the basement of the house.

The nearby town centre with its shops, cafés and restaurants invites you to take a stroll. And of course there is a wide range of cultural, sporting and leisure activities in the surrounding area, offering something for everyone.

The house has free Wi-Fi internet access.
