This modern holiday home, located in the village called Loborika is 6 km away from ancient Pula. The large and comfortably furnished rooms ensure an enjoyable holiday. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by external stairs, which makes this house ideal for two families who wish to holiday together by maintaining their own privacy. The dining room on the ground floor is large enough to accommodate all guests of the home. The covered terrace is ideal for dining, games, entertainment and much more. The surrounding walls provide privacy, while swimming and sunbathing near the pool. Children can enjoy playing on the seesaw and the slide. The location of the house is perfect for day trips to Pula or for exploring the beautiful hinterland of Istria with its extraordinary features. The beach of Duga Uvala and the beaches near Pula, Medulin and Krnica are beautiful.

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem Komfort: Klimaanlage in den beiden großen Wohn/Esszimmern, zwei Duschen, zwei Badezimmer, Spülmaschine, Wasch/Trockenkombination, Kühl/Gefrierkombination, zwei große Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Das obligatorische Bad im Pool vor dem gemeinsamen Frühstück war herrlich. Die Raumaufteilung ist ideal, man kann sich auch mal gut zurückziehen. Großer Grill mit gemütlicher Sitzkombination, Liegen am Pool, Tischfußballspiel (Kicker) usw. alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Inhaber betreiben ein Restaurant in Pula und haben uns bei einem Besuch sehr mit Schlivo verwöhnt. Wir hatten einmal einen reinen Pooltag eingelegt und das ist dank des ca. 3 x 8 m großen Pools kein Problem gewesen.

    In Loborika gibt es ein kleines Geschäft, das ca. 5 - 10 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt. Hier kann man alles kaufen, was man braucht. Leider gibt es aber keine deutschen Zeitungen. Die haben wir aber auf dem Weg zum Strand in Pula beim Lidl oder bei Billa mitgenommen. Einziger großer Nachteil: Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Wenn man im Haus ist, merkt man das nicht so, aber auf der Terrasse oder am Pool stört der Lärm doch schon etwas. Aber das hatten wir bei der Buchung gewusst und deshalb auch in Kauf genommen. In der Nacht ist jedoch nicht so viel los, da fahren wenige Fahrzeuge. Übrigens: Bei Durchfahren des Ortes bei der Schule aufpassen: Dort findet oft eine Geschwindigkeitskontrolle statt, also runder vom Gas!”

    “Es ist ein sehr schönes, geräumiges und sehr sehr sauberes Haus. Man hätte hier vom Boden essen können. Bilder stimmen zu 100%. Besitzer wohnen nebenan in einem eigenen Haus. Super nette Leute. Haben sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Zum Empfang gab es eine Weinflasche und zwei Würste und Käseplatten. Nach einer Woche wurde die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist eingezäunt und gut abgesichert! Im Garten gab es auch eine Rutsche und Wippe für die kleinen Gäste! Mir fällt zum Haus nichts negatives ein. Einfach nur super!!!”
