Available for shared use: lift. 1 internet access per flat free of charge. PETS: Only small dogs up to 20kg allowed. Please indicate the size of your dog when booking. A washing machine is available in a laundry corner for shared use.

Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the yard or 300 m away)

air conditioning, central heating. Facilities: baby cot, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. "FOR ARRIVALS ON 03.06., 04.06., 05.06., 06.06. and 07.06. the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Early arrival is possible for a fee of 30,00€. When booking the service, the keys can be handed over on Saturdays between 11:00 and 13:00 and on Sundays to Fridays between 11:00 and 12:00"

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid September, 3 m x 7 m, depth 1,20 m). Relaxation area with sun terrace and pool. 3 positions with lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. The zone is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and can only be reached on foot (approx. 20 steps)
