Die 3 1/2 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich im unteren Teil eines 2-Familienhauses und verfügt über eine grosse überdachte Terrasse. Der Garten auf Wohnungsebene (ca. 1000 m2) mit separatem Eingang bietet viel Privatsphäre und ist, ebenso wie der zusätzliche Aussensitzplatz mit Granittisch, zur alleinigen Benutzung durch die Feriengäste bestimmt.
