Das Chalet Sämeli wurde vor zwei Jahren renoviert und mit viel Liebe neu Eingerichtet. Das Sämeli liegt an einem schönen Privatweg. Im Dorf selbst ist immer viel los und hat viel Abwechslung zu bieten.
Das Haus hat zwei Etagen, die untere Wohnung wird von einem Dauermieter bewohnt. Der Eingang für die untere Wohnung befindet sich am hinteren Teil des Hauses, somit ist doch genug Privatsphäre gewährleistet.
