The main attraction of the typically Mediterranean property is the spacious pool area, in the centre of which is a 10-metre-long pool with pretty blue mosaic tiles, which can be easily reached via a Roman staircase. On the surrounding sun terrace you will find inviting open-air or windy covered seating, so grab your bathing sheet, a book and a delicious cold drink and enjoy yourself! While you fall asleep on one of the comfortable loungers, you may already have an idea or two for dinner. And then you inevitably end up at the beautiful outdoor kitchen, which is installed under a roof at the front of the pool and offers a great dining area for evening barbecue sessions next to the barbecue.

Light-coloured walls, exposed beam ceilings and large floor tiles conjure up a stylish setting for the tasteful furniture, which ensures cosy living. The living room, dining area and kitchen merge into one another in a semi-open-plan layout, creating a pleasant sense of space. The kitchen offers plenty of space and, like the dining area, has direct access to the terrace. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on this living level. The other two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms are located on the upper floor. Finca Can Pere Xina therefore not only offers a great deal of comfort, but also space that allows for maximum privacy.
The farmhouse Can Pere Xina is located in a beautiful south-facing position in the triangle with Santanyi and S'Alqueria Blanca in the south of the island. The road, which is occasionally audible depending on the wind direction, allows you to reach various destinations quickly. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants can be found in the neighbouring villages, each only 2.5 to 6 km away. The beaches of Santanyi, Figuera and the famous Es Trenc are only 15 to 30 minutes away by car. Be sure to visit the Mondragó nature reserve, which is only 2 km away.
