The holiday home is located separately on the owner's 1000 square metre, lush residential property within a housing estate in the northern Waren district. Swimming at the Tiefwarensee approx. 200 m, shops and restaurants within a radius of approx. 1 km. The holiday home extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, TV, radio/CD, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, sofa bed) and shower/WC. Upstairs is the living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), the second bedroom (double bed) and another bathroom with shower/WC. The house can be heated by central heating. At your disposal: furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, cot, high chair, bicycle storage and car park. A rowing boat on the Tiefwarensee is also available free of charge. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
