The beautiful Villa Veduta is located in the western part of Istria and is an ideal house for up to 6 guests. The villa consists of an indoor and a fenced outdoor area, a private pool and a terrace with a beautiful view of the coast and nature. Enjoy the unique view from the terrace, escape the summer heat in the private pool or simply enjoy a cool drink while catching the sun's rays on the sun loungers. This villa offers a barbecue where you can prepare meals, a relaxation area in the shade and a playground with a swing and slide for children's games. From the terrace there is direct access to the interior, which consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. The staircase leads to the second floor of the house, where there are 2 modern bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom, which are air-conditioned and have a TV. It is located in the city center and we recommend a tour to learn more about the imposing building of great historical value. Numerous events take place here, such as concerts, film screenings and sporting events. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: cycling, horse riding, jogging, hiking and much more. For nature lovers, we recommend a trip to the nearby Brijuni National Park or Cape Kamenjak, where you can enjoy unspoiled natural beauty and natural features. Not far away are Labin and Rabac, known for their beautiful pebble beaches with crystal clear sea. Take a walk along the coast and try Istrian specialties such as pasta with truffles or prosciutto, accompanied by a glass of the famous Istrian Malvasia, of course. These medieval towns are known as the town of artists, so art lovers can visit the studios and galleries with works of art in the stone streets.
