Conditions:

The price includes bed linen, towels, energy costs, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. One free parking space per holiday apartment on the premises. There is a possibility to store bicycles (lockable).
We are happy to provide the following baby set free of charge, subject to availability: travel cot, high chair, changing mat, diaper bin, potty, baby bathtub. Babysitting service available on request for a fee. 1 intermediate cleaning included for reservations of 7 nights or more. Further cleaning available upon request for a fee.
Payment terms: payable locally in cash upon arrival or in advance by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations up to 22 days before arrival, we do not charge any fees,
from 21 days before arrival, a fee of 40% applies,
from 7 days before arrival, a fee of 60% applies,
1 day before arrival, a fee of 80% applies,
and in case of no-show, 90% applies,
the surcharge for the first night is not considered.
