Villa Monarch 1 is located in Tikovica, just 10 kilometres from the city of Dubrovnik. Located right by the sea, this beautiful villa offers you the opportunity to spend a perfect annual holiday and enjoy swimming in the Adriatic Sea. If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet with your family and friends and return to the same place next year, then Villa Monarch 1 is perfect for you!

This rustic villa was renovated in 2023 and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. With a living area of 198 m2 and a total area of 850 m2, it has 7 bedrooms. Five bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and two rooms each have 1 single bed (140x200). The villa also has 4 bathrooms with showers and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron, as well as a separate toilet. If the little ones are coming on holiday with you, there is a crèche and a cot.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen where you can prepare meals for family and friends, right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table. In the living room there are two sofas, two armchairs and small tables. From the living room there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where there is an outdoor dining table with sea views.

In front of Villa Monarch 1 there are sun loungers for sunbathing and the possibility for big jumps into the clear and clean Adriatic Sea, and on the terrace you can refresh yourself in the romantic Jacuzzi.

On the outdoor terrace there is also a charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious meat or fish dishes.

Additional facilities offered by prior arrangement are: Babysitting, pet walking (on request), organisation of excursions, boat hire with skipper, chef, private coach, luxury car hire, VIP protection for the person purchased and food delivery. Everything is charged extra, except for food delivery.
