The standig individually villa, built in 1972 and renovated in 2013 is modern and rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.
