The outdoor areas of Aumadrava Gran makes it perfect choice for guests that love outdoor living together with the comfort of a truly special holiday home. The covered terrace with access to the living room offers: A place to sit and chill out right next to the table tennis, a large wooden dining table and chairs for al-fresco dining and a swing hammock hung from the beams just ideal for lazing. Between the terrace and the annex there is a built-in barbecue and yet another open-air dining area with table and benches. The large 10 x 5m swimming pool (with depth from 1.3m &ndash 2.4m) has a tiled terrace around the four sides with ample space to move around the sunbeds and shade provided. This in turn is surrounded by lawned gardens, beautifully landscaped, offering great panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
Entering the house, the corridor leads to the spacious lounge/dining room furnished with comfy sofas, armchairs, fireplace and a wooden rectangular dining table. There are two doors leading directly out to a covered terrace and gardens. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and again has direct access to the outdoor dining terrace. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in an adjacent storage room. The main house has two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with an exterior door to the terrace. The three bedrooms share two family bathrooms. The fourth double bedroom with shower room can be found in the separate poolside annex, with its independent entrance. All bedrooms have air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 The house also offers WIFI and parking space for 2 cars.
