Ideal apartment for families, close to one of the most interesting beaches of Mijas Costa, connected along its entire coastline to the Port of Cabopino by the Malaga coastal path.
Within a beautiful urbanization with a communal pool and beautiful gardens, you will find relaxation and proximity to public places such as beaches, restaurants, cafes.
Please note that the accommodation has a private parking lot, but a specific space is not assigned to each guest. The use of this parking lot depends on the responsible behavior of the residents, who must not enter more than one vehicle per apartment. Therefore, the availability of a parking space is not guaranteed. If you find a space available upon arrival, you may use it. Otherwise, you must look for parking nearby. Also, keep in mind that if you park your vehicle and then leave the place, the space you occupied may be used by another vehicle.
The location of the apartment is ideal for walking to the beach through the underground passage that takes you to "Playa Luna" where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy the gastronomic offer of the area. You can also take a walk along the "Paseo de Calahonda" a circuit to walk among trees and native species.
The accommodation is located on a second floor with a lift and has a south orientation where you will have many hours of sunshine on the large terrace of the same, also on the terrace there is an integrated barbecue that you can use without any problem of disturbing the neighbours.
Upon entering, the first view that you see of the accommodation is a general plan of the large living room with sofa bed (sofa bed that allows the fifth and sixth person to stay) with access to the large terrace leaving aside the American kitchen (because it is connected through a large window to the living room). This kitchen is equipped with everything necessary so that you can make your meals without any problem. You can have lunch in the living room or on the terrace and enjoy the television, which, thanks to the internet connection, will allow you to continue enjoying your favourite series. You can heat up the living room on the coldest days with a fireplace with glass and a security door, easy to use and elegant in space. (Firewood not included).
To rest there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both have space to store your luggage in an orderly manner and exterior windows. We highlight the bedroom with a double bed that has a fireplace with a secure lock that can warm the room and create a pleasant and romantic atmosphere (Firewood not included).
There is a bathroom with a bathtub.
