Underground station "L3 - Fontana" 600 m, sandy beach "Barceloneta" 4.1 km. Nearby attractions: Sagrada Família 1.6 km, Passeig de Gràcia 1.3 km, Plaça Catalunya 2.4 km, Parc Güell 1.9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Situated in the Gracia district, lively and pretty district, with all services nearby (shops, restaurants, clothes shops, cinemas...) Near the Paseo de Gracia, where the most famous works of Gaudi are situated. House only available, specifically, for families and responsible adults over 25 years old.

    “Alles Top! Geniale Lage (Markthalle direkt gegenüber, viele Cafés und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, sehr authentisches Viertel, da wenig touristisch), super nette und hilfsbereite Kontaktperson, sauber und groß genug für 2. Kleine Abstriche, weil die Wohnung etwas dunkel war und das Haus ein wenig hellhörig, was aber nicht sehr ins Gewicht fällt.”
