Essensbereich für mehr als 4 Personen etwas eng. Positiv: Das Wohnambiente ist sehr persönlich, was das Wohnen sehr angenehm macht. Kissen, Decken und warme Farbgestaltung vermitteln Behaglichkeit, öV kann genutzt werden. Negativ: Im Winter ist die Distanz zum Zentrum nicht so einfach zu überwinden, das fällt im Sommer sicher leichter. Ein kurzer Spaziergang (Schlummerdrink) ist nicht möglich.
