Apartment in Binz with Long-Term Parking

Modern 56m² non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor of a villa built in the year 2000 in the typical architecture of the historical bathhouses in the Baltic resort of Binz on the island Rügen. The flat has a large south-east facing balcony and a fully equipped, separate kitchen with dining area.

Centrally located, just a few steps from the beach, main shopping street and the Binz Pier. In the immediate vicinity you'll find a bakery, cafes, restaurants and shops. The train station can be reached quickly as well.

A coin-operated washing machine and a lockable bicycle storage room are available in the basement of the house. The basement stairs are equipped with a bicycle ramp.

Temporary parking is available in front of the house and the flat comes with a long-term parking space in the multi-storey car park (approx. 300m away).

By the way, Binz is the most beautiful and oldest Baltic resort on the island of Rügen and the mildly stimulating climate combined with almost 2000 hours of sunshine per year guarantee a recreational holiday all year round.

    “Zusammenfassend ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen. Positiv: Die Lage ist super nicht weit von der Seebrücke. Negativ: Die Unterkunft war nicht sehr sauber. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind schlecht da sich das angegebene Parkhaus nicht ca. 300m sondern wesentlich weiter weg befindet. Ca 1km weit weg.
    Die Unterkunft ist extrem Laut aufgrund von LKW Anlieferungen für Edeka und dem Hotel somit war die Nacht gegen 6 Uhr zu ende.”

    “Für Leute, die gut zu Fuß sind, ist die Ferienwohnung okay. Zentrum nah. Positiv: Kurzer Weg zur stark überfüllten Strandpromenade. Negativ: Das Wohnhaus ist ohne Fahrstuhl. Das Parkhaus liegt weit entfernt von der Wohnung, in der 3. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl, der eingesetzt werden kann. Zum Be- und Entladen keine Haltemöglichkeit gegeben. Für fußkranke Urlauber sehr ungeeignet. Rollator immer hoch und runter tragen. Die Küche und das Bad riechen sehr nach Hund. Kein Essen dadurch in der Küche möglich. Sehr schlechte Kopfkissen. Sehr laut gelegen die Wohnung, kaum Nachtschlaf möglich. LKW`s fahren immerzu. Kein vernünftiges Radio. Dachrinne defekt. Eine Wandseite im Wohnzimmer schwarz, wahrscheinlich von Hunden. Küche ohne Backofen. Restaurant: Salsa Latino, Mexican Tex Mex Restaurant & Cocktailbar - Wochen-Specials - Burger, Spare-Ribs Teller, Mexican Wraps, Chicken Wings, Rumsteak etc.
    Sehr schnelle Bedienung und es schmeckt alles sehr lecker. Ausflüge: Oldtimer Museum Rügen und NVA Museum Rügen - Proraer Allee 119, 18609 Binz, OT Prora”

    “Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Binz. Positiv: Die zentrale Lage und das Auto in einem Parkhaus Untergestell werden könnte. Außerdem dürften wir unseren kleinen Hund mitbringen. Negativ: Die Schillerstraße ist bis in die Nacht hinein sehr belebt.”
