Holiday home in Neßmersiel with large terrace
It is a semi-detached holiday home for up to five people, whereby a sixth person can sleep on a sofa bed in the second bedroom if necessary. A small child can also be accommodated, a suitable travel cot is available on site, as is a high chair for small children!
A parking space with wallbox for your car is available on the property.
A spacious living room with Smart TV, BluRay/DVD player, radio and cosy dining area are at your disposal.
Of course, you have high-speed fibre-optic internet access via WLAN during your stay! In addition, during your stay you can be reached by telephone on a German landline number and make calls to all German networks (fixed and mobile, without special numbers) without additional charges!
The kitchen is well equipped. You have an electric cooker with oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher at your disposal. The following kitchen appliances are also at your disposal: Toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, kettle, bread slicer, hand mixer and blender.
In the living room you will find a Smart TV with satellite reception, a Bluray player and an Internet or DAB radio. The dining area is located in the light-flooded bay window with a view of the side garden area! In order to be able to work comfortably with a computer you have brought with you, you can use a computer work table in the living room. Of course there is also a high chair for small children available!
There is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a fully equipped shower room on the upper floor. This is also where the two bedrooms are located. There is a double bed and a single bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. You can also use a sofa bed in the second bedroom as additional sleeping accommodation. A folding bed for a small child is also available! In the second bedroom (children's room) there is also a large box with lots of children's books! In both bedrooms you can use flat screen televisions with which you can receive the full range of Astra satellite programmes! All bedrooms are of course equipped with smoke alarms. There is also a CO alarm in the hallway on the upper floor!
The house is equipped with gas central heating.
From the living room you have access to a spacious terrace. The terrace (4m x 4m) is completely covered so that you can enjoy your holiday outside even in a shower. The patio cover is closed on one side so that you are protected from strong winds and also have a degree of privacy. There is additional garden furniture and loungers in the storage room on the terrace! Directly adjacent to the terrace is the small play garden. There is a barbecue in the garden for you to use for the duration of your stay!
The entire garden is fenced in so that neither your children nor your four-legged friend can escape!
Next to the house you have a car parking space, which is sufficient for cars and trailers! If you are travelling with a plug-in hybrid vehicle or a purely electric vehicle, you can, if you have discussed this with the landlord before your arrival, charge your vehicle on the parking space with your type 2 charging cable at the existing wallbox directly from the PV system installed on the house against reimbursement of the electricity costs. The landlord will provide you with an exact invoice for the charging processes after your departure! You must have agreed the use of the wallbox directly with the landlord before your arrival.
For dog owners, there is a water point next to the front door for cleaning your dog. The necessary equipment can be found inside in the cupboard right next to the entrance. There is also a hook on the outside wall where you can hang your dog's lead! To prevent the cleaned animal from immediately making the whole house unsafe, there is a privacy gate between the hallway and the living room.
The house is a non-smoking house! Please only smoke outside! Any necessary air purification in the event of non-compliance will be charged to the tenant.
Approximately four weeks before your arrival you will receive a welcome email from the landlord in which all important points in connection with your booking will be addressed. This also includes the fees, which are shown as on-site fees, but some of which must be paid to the landlord before your arrival, as the local administration cannot collect these for the landlord. With this e-mail you will also receive the direct contact details of the landlord and can contact him directly if you have any further questions!

There is a paddle and pedal station right next door. Here you can hire bikes or canoes to explore the surrounding area!
