Special vacation home in beautiful quiet surroundings. The cottage is situated on a large and well-kept plot with fantastic fjord views. The large terrace and garden are perfect for beautiful summer days. Directly under the house is the boathouse with a boat garage. In front of the boat garage is a solid filleting table where you can process the catch of the day. The boat that can be rented is a solid archipelago jeep that is licensed for 6 people with a suitable engine. Here you will find everything to try your fishing luck from land and from the boat. Take boat trips to the small towns of Stord, Fjellberg and Vikebygd, as well as the cozy village of Skånevik, which is bustling with activity in the summer. If you want to fish in freshwater, good fishing rivers like Etneelva and Vikedalselva are a drive from the house. Otherwise you can make good day trips by car to the Haugaland region with the town of Haugesund and the small towns of Åkrahamn with Åkrasanden and the sailboat town of Skudeneshavn with its exciting history. Also visit Avaldsnes Kongsgård and immerse yourself in the Viking history of the region. Tours on Norwegian Landscape Routes in Ryfylke with high mountains with waterfalls and elongated fjords are unforgettable experiences. Baroni Rosendal 1665 and Folgefonn Center in Rosendal on the Hardangerfjord can be reached in less than 2 hours.
