    “Obiekt dobrze wyposażony, położony w pobliżu lotniska i z widokiem Promenade des Anglais oraz morze. Trochę słabe wyciszenie pomimo opuszczonych rolet słuchać było samochody i samoloty. Byliśmy przygotowani na brak ciszy niejednokrotnie byliśmy w Nicei jednak wyciszenie powinno być lepsze.”

    “Apartament ładny,położony blisko morza - widok z balkonu na morze super! Jeżeli jednak ktoś preferuje ciszę to jej tam nie znajdzie.Bliskość lotniska i promenady wzdłuż której do późna w nocy jeżdżą samochody (czujemy się jakbyśmy mieszkali przy autostradzie) - spodziewaliśmy się tego ale nie aż tak dużego hałasu.Dodatkowo prace budowlane na Promenadzie powodowały hałas i unoszenie się kurzu w okolicy.Trochę należałoby popracować nad czystością podług bo miały dużo do życzenia - niestety nie były wyczyszczone.”

    “Położenie wygodne i ładne dla spędzenia wakacji z dziećmi,podgrzewane baseny,bardzo dobra kuchnia i dostęp do plaży z leżakami hotelowymi - obługa na plaży barowa”
