Holiday flat with a balcony in a complex with a community pool by the sea

This beautiful property is located in a great location in a housing complex in Telde on Gran Canary Island's east coast.

The apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates up to three people. The air conditioned living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a smart flat screen satellite television and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen unit is furnished with a bar and barstools, an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom offers a bathtub, a hydro massage shower, a sink and a toilet. Additionally, it boasts a washing machine and a dryer.

Enjoy the gorgeous views over the ocean from the patio, furnished with a table, a bench and two chairs.
The garden offers a community patio with benches and room for the kids to play. The pool has an easy access and a kiddie area. The pool area offers sun loungers and a bathroom with a shower. A parking space is also available.
