Ausseer Chalet, near Hallstatt

From the house there is a marvellous view of the spectacular mountain panorama all around. The house is surrounded by its own beautiful, large and well-kept garden, with a garden shed and fire pit.

The detached house itself has a living area of approx. 130 m2 and is furnished to a high standard. The two bedrooms of the house are furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and two further bedrooms each with two single beds (90x200) without a footboard. The beds are made of Swiss stone pine, which is known for its beneficial effects. High-quality, medium-hard mattresses and bedding with the finest Austrian bed linen ensure a pleasant bed feeling. The living area consists of three interconnected rooms, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The spacious kitchen with large fridge and freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, a wide selection of pots and pans, plenty of work surfaces and china crockery allows you to self-cater for longer periods of time. The dining room has a comfortable corner bench, which invites you to sit together for hours, as well as "the centrepiece" of the living area, namely a beautiful tiled stove, which spreads a cosy warmth in all three rooms in winter. Plenty of firewood is provided. The cosy living room has a romantic reading chair with footstool and a comfortable couch opposite the modern flat-screen TV. There are several books within easy reach. If necessary, the sofa can be pulled out into a bed and provide sleeping space for two more people. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and washbasin. The toilet is located separately next to it. Guests are provided with a towel and a bath towel. The dining room leads out onto the spacious sun terrace.

Summer Right outside the front door, marvellous flower meadows nestle in the mountainous landscape. In the large garden, which is for your exclusive use, there is a marvellous tranquillity that can be lived and enjoyed. Endless hiking and walking trails as well as cycle and mountain bike routes are just waiting to be discovered by you. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the crystal-clear and clean lakes with natural bathing beaches in the immediate vicinity or try out various water sports. Bad Aussee's unusually rich cultural programme offers a wide variety of events as well as a golf course and several riding stables. Winter In winter, a dreamy snowy landscape awaits you, inviting you to go for a walk. In the three ski areas with their cosy mountain huts as well as countless cross-country ski trails you can live out your sporty streak. You can also enjoy typical winter activities such as ice skating, curling and tobogganing. The two thermal spas, which are just a few minutes away by car, are perfect for relaxing. The house has its own tiled stove for cosy warmth where you can relax and unwind or enjoy a social get-together. The accessibility is as good as in summer.
