This holiday house with a large garden is situated on the edge of a forest in the little village of Krnica in the inland area of Istria, 25km from Pula. The location is ideal for a quiet family holiday, far away from the hustle and bustle and noise of town.The hosts are all fully vaccinated and the house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.Quietly situated, very clean modern holiday house, with a large garden perfect for children and pets, surrounded by beautiful nature, ideal for cycling, running, riding or just walking through the woods

The garden is fully enclosed and surrounded by a traditional stone wall which is perfectly spacious for your pets not to mention the woods surrounding the house which is perfect for long pleasant walks. There is also a brick-built grill.In front of the house there is a furnished terrace for relaxing and sitting together. Evenings are specially pleasant and because there is no houses, lights or roads surrounding the house you can see all the stars in the sky.You can sunbathe in the 2000m² garden, while your children play on the swings. A table tennis, a darts game, football goals and all kind of sport games can be set up in the garden. There private car parking spaces by the house.

The 115m² house is fully renovated.The old traditional house, originally built in 1875, has been modernised, providing guests with all the necessary comfort and amenities, including air conditioning, Internet and a safe.The holiday house has two 16m² bedrooms with a double bed 160cm wide, a cupboard, a dresser and bedside tables. Each bedroom has access to a terrace and a garden.The center piece of the house is the spacious living room with two large windows, one of which has a beautiful view of the garden. There is a sitting corner with a TV, a dining table for six people, a long bar and an open kitchen behind it, equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.Wooden stairs lead from the living room up to the 22m² gallery with a further double bed 140cm wide, bedside tables and a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms: one with toilet and shower and the other one has toilet and washing machine in it.The house has air conditioning and has a wood-burning stove for heating in winter. The owner provides woods for this stove.

It is about 5km to the sea, shops and restaurants, as well as a diving centre. The area is ideal for riding and there is a riding place nearby. You can go on cycle tours in the beautiful nature.Istria is a beautiful place to explore. You can go to island Brijuni or go to adventurous aqua park Istralandia or you can just explore great number of agritourism where you can eat and enjoy domestic products.The hosts will give you details about all of the things you would be interested in.

    “Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieter, tolles Haus und Garten, die Lage war einfach perfekt für unseren Urlaub Restaurant: Konoba Da Rocco - Sehr schönes Restaurant und tolles essen, mann muss auf jeden Fall vorher Reservieren. Ausflüge: Kap Kamenjak Nationalpark - Sehr schöner Nationalpark, wir haben ihn zu Fuss kennen gelernt,finden wir viel schöner als mit dem Auto hinein zu fahren”

    “Das Haus kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, der für sich und sein Tier Ruhe sucht. Man hört absolut nichts, nur nachts die Tiere die im Wald leben. Für Ausflüge ist die Lage auch gut, man kann in verschiedene Richtungen fahren um Städte oder schöne Buchten zu besuchen. Positiv: Die Ausstattung im Haus und im Garten war sehr gut. Es fehlte einem an nichts. Man wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist einfach ein Traum. Gerade mit Hund perfekt. Restaurant: Da Rocco - Das Restaurant ist gleich im Nachbarort Krnica. Dort wird sehr lecker gekocht (Nudeln mit Trüffel, Fleisch oder Fisch). Unbedingt Tisch reservieren, selbst in der Nachsaison hat man sonst keine Chance. Das spricht für sich.Preise sind etwas hoch, aber das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Ausflüge: Cape Kamjenak - Das Naturschutzgebiet ist ein Traum. Man kann außerhalb parken oder mit dem Auto direkt reinfahren (10 Euro) und sich verschiedene Parkmöglichkeiten aussuchen. Verschiedenst Wege (auch für Radfahrer) führen zu diversen Buchten und Klippen. Man findet überall Badestellen oder kann einfach nur stundenlang wandern”

    “Positiv: Het uitzicht op de hemel, meubels buiten in de tuin en eengoede gasbarbeque Negativ: De airco functioneerde onvoldoende ofwel had te weinig capaciteit om het huis voor ons voldoende te koelen. Verder waren er aardig wat wespen en mieren rondom en in de woning. Restaurant: Korta - Wij gaan ieder jaar met onze kinderen in Fazana naar dit restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel, fijne zitplaatsen met mooi uitzicht en bovendien goed eten en een ruime keuze. Ausflüge: Grotten bij Nova Vas - Mooi, indrukwekkend en verkoelend”

    “Einfach empfehlenswert! Positiv: Gerade mit Hund ist das große abgegrenzte Grundstück ein Traum. Es hat alles hervorragend gepasst. Der Vater des Vermieters war sehr freundlich. Kaum Stechmücken.”
