In the first row of dunes approx. This is 125 meters from the beach and sea well-furnished and well-maintained holiday home with swimming pool. From home and terrace there is a view of the dunes, while from the plot you have a view over the ocean. In addition to the swimming pool itself, the pool department also has facilities with a 'children's corner', recessed 4-person hot tub, sauna and the one bathroom. There is undoubtedly a basis here for many hours of play and togetherness. The house is 147 m² and furnished with a living room in open connection with the kitchen, which is equipped with a new American fridge (the "one" door is a fridge, the other door is a freezer), three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, 2 bunks in a room which is a walk-through room, loft with two beds, two bathrooms with showers and open terrace. For cheap heating of as well as the pool and living area, there is both an air/water and air/air heat pump. The decor is modern with furniture in Danish design, tasteful decoration and the main emphasis is on well-being and coziness, there are also Bluetooth speakers. From the living room's large windows, daylight flows into the living rooms throughout the day, making them bright and comfortable. With the 147 m², there is plenty of room for the whole family. The house has open terraces to the east, south and west, the perfect place to enjoy the sunset in the North Sea, for sunbathing or for evening entertainment around the grill. The ground is a hilly dune ground, which borders directly on the dune and Beach.
