This small yet spacious semi-detached house in the middle of beautiful Dagebüll on the North Sea is perfect for a holiday for two. The house is lovingly furnished to a very high standard: the large living/dining area not only has a cosy sofa corner with TV, but also a modern kitchenette and a dining area for up to four people. So there is plenty of space for socialising together.

On the terrace, which cannot be seen from the other half of the house thanks to the side storage room, two sun loungers invite you to sunbathe in comfort. A barbecue and high-quality garden furniture have also been provided.

The Dagebüll houses all have an outdoor socket on the terrace that can be switched off. This is perfect for charging e-bikes.

The holiday home is just 200 metres from the North Sea and Dagebüll's evergreen beach, which is perfect for swimming. The many dykes all around offer a perfect area for cyclists. In the centre of Dagebüll you will find small shops, restaurants and a shop. The ferries to the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr depart directly opposite - perfect for a day trip! From the nearby harbour in Schlüttsiel (approx. 8 km) you can also reach the small Halligen islands of Hooge and Langeneß quickly and easily by boat.

Dagebüll is also ideally located for a day trip to Sylt, because from neighbouring Niebüll (approx. 12 km) you can travel directly to Westerland in half an hour by train. The town of Niebüll also offers a great cultural and leisure programme for young and old with various museums, an indoor swimming pool and a beautiful natural bathing area. Sports and shopping facilities are also available here.

    “Das Haus war sehr schön (neu) und gut ausgestattet. Erfreulich war die gleiche Ausstattung aller Häuser, Einrichtung, Gartenmöbel etc. Es war nicht wie in manchen Ferienhäusern üblich ein Sammelsurium an ausrangiertem Porzellan und Besteck.
    Die Lage ist gut und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist erstklassig ausgestattet, absoluter 5-Sterne Standard. Es fehlt an nichts: Super Flachbildfernseher von Grundig, Top Bluetooth-Anlage mit Tuner von Philips. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank sehr groß, dazu ein großes Gefrierfach. Neuwertige Möbel, toller Kaminofen. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Hier kann man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlen.
    Auf der Terrasse findet man dann 2 Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm, 4 Stühle, Tisch und eine Weber-Kugelgrill. Die Nebenkosten halten sich in Grenzen, im Winter fielen bei uns für eine Woche bei 2 Personen etwa 40,-€ an.”
