The house is situated in a quiet location with sight Brijuni. We are located just 4 km from the town center and 10km from the airport. House with 6 apartments overlooking the village Štinjan. Yard with beautifully landscaped garden with lots of greenery, with a large terrace, barbecue. We are in the first row to the woods away from the beach 1200m, 300m from shops, 50m from the restaurant. Each apartment has its own parking, each apartment has a TV and satellite digital. The building has a ground floor and two floors. Apartments are three categories, sizes from 25 to 62m2. Our advantage is a quiet location near a large city, nature and proximity to the beach, several types of beaches. Situated between two camps that offer a wide range of fun and active holiday.
