This 50 m² holiday flat is located in the Gràcia neighbourhood in Barcelona. It is one of the neighbourhoods with charm and a lovely vibe with small pedestrian areas and small bars and cafes. The apartment is centrally located, yet away from the crowds of tourists. It is located on the third floor of a four storey building with an elevator and accommodates up to four people. It was last fully renovated in December 2014.
Upon request, we can reserve a parking spot in the garage on the property. Pets are permitted upon request.
The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe with a sliding door, heating and air conditioning. The modern bathroom boasts a shower, a sink, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. Bedding, towels are included in the rental price. An iron and an ironing board are also available. The living/dining room is furnished with a sofa bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), an LED television with a USB connection, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. Additionally, there is a dining table for communal meals. The open plan kitchen, only separated from the rest of the room by a bar, offers a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster and a nespresso coffee maker. A child's cot is available upon request free of charge.
The property is near many of Barcelona's sights: Park Güell (5 minutes on foot) and the Sagrada Familia (15 minutes on foot), the closest metro stops are Fontana, Lesseps (number 3) and Joanic (number 4) about 500 meters from the property. The nearest bus lines are H6, 39, 24 und 116. The beach is six stops from the flat. It is 300 meters to the hop on hop off bus tour. Shops and restaurants can be found in the neighbourhood as well.
