Holiday house with a sea view and a furnished terrace

This detached holiday house in a hilly location is in the midst of nature, between the Parco del Nebrodi and the Parco delle Madonie and in the centre of the Fiumara d’Arte (art park).

Outside there is a terrace furnished with a table, chairs and a big parasol. The house is accessed from the terrace and you enter right into the living room-kitchen. Four car parking spaces are available outside.

The house of around 50m² has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower and a living room-kitchen with a table and chairs, a sofa bed (160 x 180cm) and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, washbasin, clothes horse, iron, ironing board and sofa bed (160 x 180cm). Six steps lead to the laundry room. The whole house has air conditioning.

The house is not far from the old town of Tusa. There is a supermarket about 200 metres from the house. The Tardara forest with picnic areas and the Halaesa archaeological site are only about a kilometre from the house. It is about 4km to the seaside in Castel di Tusa (Blue Flag 2015). Cefalu is about 20km away and Santo Stefano di Camastra, known for its ceramic crafts, is about 15km from the house. It is ca. 3km to the motorway.
