The 85m² flat is located on the ground floor and has the following rooms:A beautiful living room with flat screen TV (HD DVD and satellite dish are available) and even German channels can be received. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Crockery is also provided. One bedroom with a single bed, another with two single beds and a room with a double bed offer uncomplicated accommodation for families. Bed linen and towels are of course at your disposal. Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and HD TV. A bathroom with shower and an additional bathroom with bathtub can be used. The rooms are bright, modern and friendly to ensure you have an unforgettable stay.

The beach is only 500 metres away and is very easy to reach with a pushchair or buggy. Another beach is located one kilometre away and is called "Playa del Cura". The town centre and many restaurants are also just 200 metres away. A walk along the five-kilometre-long beach promenade is a must. In the evening, feast in a fish restaurant by the harbour with a breathtaking view of the sea. If you still want to experience something outside, we recommend a visit to the Centro Commercial La Zenia Boulevard, which opened in 2011 and is located just nine kilometres away. Here you will find a huge shopping centre with various attractions for children and all kinds of dining options. You can also visit the Aquapolis water park two kilometres away, which is an attractive must for young and old alike with its fascinating giant water slides. There is also a golf course in Villamartin, fourteen kilometres away. The region is also known for its mineral-rich salt lakes "Salinas", which have a proven therapeutic regenerative effect on body and mind.
