The interior is modern and cosy: the living room with luxurious large kitchen, cosy wood-burning stove and high-quality sofa area was deliberately kept open so that the sun and light can flood the entire house.
So that you can really enjoy the unique panoramic view of the Schleimündung estuary, the Baltic Sea and the marina, the semi-detached house has a beautiful wooden terrace right on the water. On the upper floor, the balcony offers even more fascinating perspectives. The property is ideal for two couples, as each bedroom on the upper floor has its own bathroom.

Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The Baltic Sea directly in front of the house is not officially authorised for swimming due to the current conditions. A small bay has been created approx. 300 metres from the house. Please also note that fishing in the harbour basin is not permitted.
