Cosy holiday apartments near the beach and the coastal forest, with cycling and hiking trails starting right behind the house

This villa with three holiday apartments is very close to the coastal forest, just a few minutes‘ walk (300m) from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. It is about a five-minute walk to the centre with its typical thatched houses.

The three cosy and modern apartments provide all the necessary comfort. They all have a separate entrance, underfloor heating in all rooms and insect screens.

The terrace is ideal for relaxing. There are free parking spaces on site for all guests.

Children have also been thought of. A travel cot with a mattress, a highchair and a portable changing mat are available and can be booked at a small supplementary charge.

Cycling and hiking trails start right on the doorstep and all other amenities such as cafes, restaurants, shopping facilities and the beach are within walking distance, ensuring a pleasant holiday.

The cosy living area with open-plan kitchen is the heart of the flat and combines comfort with functionality. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker with ceramic hob and a fridge. Basic kitchen equipment such as coffee, sugar, salt, flour, oils and a selection of spices are also available to make you feel right at home.

Well thought-out room layout and comfortable sleeping options
The small entrance area, equipped with a wardrobe and shoe cupboard, leads directly into the living room. From here, a corridor leads to the modern daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and the bedroom. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room provides comfortable accommodation for a third person. Families with children can use a travel cot and/or a guest bed, which can easily be set up in the bedroom.

Balcony for relaxing
The flat is accessible via an external staircase and has a small, cosy balcony with seating furniture and parasol. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax at the end of the day.
