The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Porec, only 50m from the sea. The main town square, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is only 150m away, and the beach with sports facilities and a pine forest is a 10-minute easy walk away. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, and parking space for one car is provided in the nearby city parking lot (approx. 200 m away). The apartment is a luxurious, newly renovated apartment and offers accommodation for 4 persons , with living area of ​​65m2 ,spreading over 2 floors.
