Studio apartment Bianca is located in a quiet residential area of Porec just 500 meters from the sea and 800 meters from the city centre. It is one of two apartments which are situated on the ground floor of a semi-detached house. It is perfect for two and comfortably furnished with high quality furniture. The apartment has a total living area of 30 sqm and consists of one air-conditioned double room with a kitchenette and dining table, while outside you have a private terrace with dining facilities, ideal to enjoy the warm sunshine. There is a barbecue which is shared with the other apartment and opposite the house a small garden with a children's playground and public parking. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
