The 35m2 ground floor apartment offers an experience of comfort and style. The master bedroom is welcoming, with a comfortable armchair, spacious wardrobe, night lamps to create the perfect atmosphere, and bed linen is of course included. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror and a practical wardrobe. An external window offers natural light, and towels, two per person, are provided to ensure freshness and cleanliness.

The living area is a refuge of functionality and design. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer area, kettle, two-burner electric cooker and microwave oven. The dining corner, with a lovely table and two chairs, is perfect for enjoying meals. Relaxation is guaranteed with the presence of satellite TV and an efficient air conditioner. A comfortable two-seater sofa completes the area, providing a welcoming place to relax.

From the living room, you exit onto a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy pleasant moments in the open air.
The barbecue area, parking and courtyard are available for shared use with other customers.

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,

- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,

- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,

- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs of the damage in cash before departure,

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.
