Our holiday home is a 240-year-old winegrower's house, which is protected from the ground and yet offers space for up to 6 people to stay with a modern winter garden (standard occupancy 4 people, additional people on request). The idyllic house with fireplaces, infrared heat cabin and large common areas invites you to linger and relax. Each room is designed with passion, where the attention to detail is palpable.
Longuich is a beautiful wine-growing village close to the Moselle, the vineyards and hiking and cycling trails. Numerous excursion destinations can be reached quickly through the motorway access and good public transport connections.
The house has 2 parking spaces (more parking spaces available on request).
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen (without seating), pantry and toilet. The living room is equipped with a modular couch in front of a fireplace, a TV cabinet and communal games, seating and home office possibility. The conservatory offers a large dining area, also a fireplace and sofa to sit on.
The door leads to the small terrace (awnings available).
On the first floor there is the shower room with toilet, sink and storage space. 2 bedrooms with 1.40m beds each and 1 bedroom with 1.80m bed. Sufficient duvets, thermal blankets and hot water bottles are provided.
On the 2nd floor there is a creative room under the roof with hammock, mattresses and blankets, rocking chair and several yoga mats. This room can be individually adapted to your needs as a playroom, another bedroom or sports room. Next door is the heat cabin (infrared), sauna towels available.
