Country house Vinya Vella, 8 people. Magnificent oudoor area, several chill-out areas

Vinya Vella is a wonderful country house with a lot of character, for 8 people to rent in a quiet area. It's located just 1.5km. from the village of Calonge and 3.6km. from the bustling coastal area of Cala D'Or. The inside of the villa very spacious, with many beautiful details and the outdoor area is fantastic, with several chill-out areas. It offer also fruit trees and a garden with organic vegetables available to customers. For the fun of children and adults, there is a hedgerow maze next to the pool area.

Vinya Vella is distributed over two floors. From the hall you access the living/dining room with a voulted roof and access to the porch and pool area. The well-equipped kitchen, next to the dining room, also has access to the outside. On this floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a corner bathtub with overhead shower.

Stairs lead to the first floor, with a mezanine with small lounge. On this floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A bedroom with two single beds and adjacent bathroom with bathtub and shower overhead. The second, also with twin beds, has a dressing room and an en-suite shower-room with wonderful views of the countryside. The last on is the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and separate shower. This bedroom enjoys views of the pool with the sea line in the distance and access to a porch with beautiful views of the area.

Wonderful outdoor area with covered porch to enjoy meals overlooking the pool. Large swimming pool, grass areas and several chill-out areas where you can relax.
Covered barbecue area. Porch next to the pool with an extra refrigerator. Outside toilet.

There is covered parking for 2 cars.
