We rent a sunny and bright 2-room apartment for 2 people with 51 m2 on the 2nd floor.
You enjoy two south-facing balconies with a wonderful view of the Piz da la Margna, Bergell and towards the Furtschellasbahn.
The living room with south-facing balcony has a Swiss pine corner bench, sofa, dining table and chairs, Swiss pine furniture, TV, wireless LAN. The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with a south-facing sunny balcony.
In this apartment there is a well-equipped kitchen, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, an oven, dishwasher, enough crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans.
For the cold days in winter there is also a nice fondue set and a raclette oven.
In the bathroom there is a bath with a shower, a toilet and a sink.
In the house there are garage spaces, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A ski room is also available
Disposal. You can store all your ski equipment in this ski room.
The village center is not far away and you have a shop "Volg" at Seglias where you can find everything you need; Eat and shop for more. You will find the post office in the middle of the village and directly opposite the ski school and the tourist information at Via da Marias 38. You will find various local shops and gift shops at this location. There is also a Grond bakery in the village, where you can buy your fresh bread every morning and where you can also get little things in the restaurant.
The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk from the holiday apartment and the Furtschellasbahn can also be easily reached on foot.
In winter, the cross-country ski run passes directly in front of the Chesa Fortuna and gives you an easy access. In summer, the cycle path also runs right next to the Chesa Fortuna.
