Private apartment in beach house. This holiday house is situated in Vodice and apartment is just 50m from the sea and beach. Really excellent location! Everything is near by villa (restaurants, beach, shops, ATM, water sports, rent a boat, bakery and glocery, bank and pharmacy) and thatś what makes it so special. Holidays without a car. Apartment has 30m2 and big private terrace with Mediterranean garden; 1 bedroom with single beds, living room with flatscreen TV with satellite programs with dining room and fully equipped sea view kitchen. Bed linen is provided.Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered.Villa is situated on a perfect location. We have 2 National Parks 15-30min from Villa: National Park Krka 25km (with boat or with car) and National Park Kornati 12km with boat. Each apartment has private safe and Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the site and the apartment. First beach is only 50m away and center Vodice is 120m. Popular Blue beach (pebble and sandy beach) is only 150m, walking distance. Nearest restaurantis 80m away andyou can have a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Rent a boat is 80m from apartment andrent a car, scooter or bike is 250m in village. First bakery is on walking distance 160m away.
