Nice flat in Warwerort with garden

Property description: Holiday flat (last renovation March/2022 bathroom + March/2023 2nd bedroom + March 2025 1st bedroom) in a quiet location with private garden - the sea and a golf course are within easy reach.
The friendly furnished holiday flat (approx. 60 m²) offers a lot of comfort (for max. 3 adults) and invites you to relax and unwind.
It has a separate bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a large living room, shower room with daylight, kitchen and a small bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm single bed and a cupboard shelf.
The living room offers a spacious seating area with a relaxing armchair and access to the garden through the large patio door. In the Scandinavian buffet you will find a small holiday library and a collection of games. An 80cm flat screen TV (satellite TV) and a small music system with CD player are also available.
You can also access the garden directly from the adjoining bedroom.
In the kitchen you will find a work area with fridge + *** compartment, cooker with oven and a dishwasher. You can make coffee with a filter coffee machine. Opposite is a dining table with chairs.
There is central heating in the holiday flat.
Enjoy your time with a book in your own beach chair or at a coffee table under the parasol in the small, private garden.
The holiday flat has its own car parking space.
The "green" beach (with beach showers), which is free of visitor's tax, is just over 700 metres away or you can prove your skills as a guest player on the 18-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat (approx. 1500 m).
Shopping facilities can be found in Büsum, about five kilometres away.
If required, you can use our own bed linen and towels for a small extra charge.

There is also a small electric barbecue, sandwich maker, egg cooker, toaster and garden furniture with cushions, beach chair and parasol.

Information for our welcome dog guests: Please understand that we can only allow 1 dog (breed and size to be agreed with us) and no puppies in our apartment.

Please note that the additional costs to be paid on site will be transferred at the latest 5 days before arrival.

    “Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da was man braucht. Ruhe pur. Positiv: Wir hatten sehr nette Vermieter. Auch das das WLAN nicht besonders gut war, hat uns nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil. Entschleunigen pur.Das war ein gelungener Urlaub. Restaurant: Die Fischbrötchen Stände am Hafen in Büsum. - Die besten und leckersten Fischbrötchen ever.”

    “Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da. Positiv: Ideal für 3 Personen mit Hund. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist im skandinavischen Stil gehalten. Negativ: Nichts”
