Holiday apartment 250 m to the beach and with swimming pool

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, garden shower, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Poreč. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner IST POR 350 (4 persons) and IST POR 397 (2 persons) are in the same house. View from the balcony of the sea. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot on the street in front of the house.

Outdoor pool (salt water, 5 m x 10 m, depth 1,50 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to mid of October.

    “Das Haus ist von außen sehr schön renoviert. Lage zum Meer gut. Die Wohnungen im Haus haben verschiedene Standards. Unsere Wohnung im 1. OG links: Kinderzimmer ganz gut eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer müsste neu möbliert werden. Küche geht noch. Sehr schmaler Balkon - man kann eigentlich nur zu zweit gut draußen sitzen. Wohnung sauber, es roch aber nach Rauch - wie aus einem Kamin.
