Apartment Andrea Old Town is situated in the Old Town of Poreč, close to the famous Porec Basilica. However it is situated in a quite area/ street.
It is situated on the ground floor od a building and consists of a living are a, kitchen and sall bathroom with a bath tub on the ground floow and two bedrooms on the first floor ( twin and double).
The feature of the property is a garden amongst the old buildings.
There is a BBQ, table, chairs and a lounge sofa in the garden.
Bars, restaurants, sea, beach- all is walking distance.
The area is pedestrian, so we provide one free parking card ( to be returned) for the guests use during thier stay.

    “Fantastiskt läge i Porec men själva lägenheten kändes mörk och eftersatt i underhåll.
    Städningen när vi kom till lägenheten var inte ok, vi fick ringa in städerskan då det hängde stora spindelnät i trappan och runt lamporna. Den lilla innegården såg mysig ut på bilderna men kändes mest skräpig med spruckna blomkrukor, omaka utemöbler och trasig plastduk på bordet.
